Default engine size

Hi all, What is the appropriate engine displacement range for your smallest SC? I am looking to equip a 2L and a 2.2L engine.

The smallest compressor is the W100AX, 1.6L. I don't know if this compressor is being produced since it's really too small for most of Whipple's markets.
Just to give you an idea of what a 1.6L compressor can do, it was included in kits for stock chevy engines up to 7.4L (454) and was able to make 5psi. The same compressor could make much greater boost on a smaller engine. Start with the engine's redline to determine what maximum pulley ratio can be run to the supercharger without exceeding its redline. With that figure it would be possible to approximate maximum boost pressure without getting into efficiency and losses.
(Keep in mind that a twin screw supercharger is moving a volume of air equal to its displacement with every revolution. An engine takes two revolutions to move its displacement.
