Whipples Tech support is garbage, reason why im getting rid of this supercharger. Whats the point of having a forum when the TECH PEOPLE dont pm you back? Company sucks after they lost everything all those years ago. Dont waste your time posting here anymore if you need an answer.

Ive talked to 3 different individuals about buying parts for this supercharger, not one has ever gotten back to me to complete the deal.

well Ive emailed Dennis, that worked out well. He gave me all the part numbers on what i could get for this chevy 350 tbi whipple kit. So then i told him i wanted to buy those parts, then he stopped emailing me ever since. He wont give me a single answer anymore and it doesnt even have to do with buying parts. He just 100% stopped talking to me..

Then Mike (Whipple Supercharger Forum - View Profile: Mike@Whipple) the guy on this forum did the same exact thing to me. Got me all the part numbers told me whats left in stock, then shut down when i told him i wanted that stuff.

How do they expect me to get this thing going when i dont have the right parts to do so? No point in spending alll that money on a kit from these people if they cant help you.

Well, I can not speak for Dennis but I have replied to all of you PM's that you have sent me. Keep in mind that the 89-95 TBI 350 kit has been obsolete for about 7 years. In 2004 when we were unable to get blowers from Lysholm, we were almost shut down for business. In late 2004 when we started building our own compressors, and we did not go back and do the old 350 and 454 kits. We started out on the new gen 3 motors because that is what was the hot seller at the time. We have discontinued many kits in the past and we do not build or cast parts for those kits after they are discontinued. We only sell what we have left on the shelf. Same went for the PT cruiser, Ford V10, TBI and Vortec 350 and 454, 03-06 GM 8.1 and now the 99-06 GM 4.8, 5.3 and 6.0. What ever we have left on the shelf is what I will be able to sell you but I need you to tell me exactly what you need. if you want to PM me your email address, I will be more than happy to email you the parts list for that kit. You can then go down the list and check off the things you need and email it back to me. I will then go out and see what we have, price it out for you and email it back over to you. Then, if you would like to order, you can do so.

Just so you understand this is not a forum that's normally moderated by any of Whipple's employee's. This is a forum owned by Lethal Performance, Inc with the permission of Whipple Superchargers. If you have a problem with them this isn't the place to get it resolved. Your best bet is to contact Whipple direct and someone there should be able to help you.

yes yes, Mike is helping me out. Maybe I went a little too strong on that post initially. and sorry for that. Its just frustrating if you can catch my drift.

I can second that. I talked to Mike when I replaced the 1.6L Lysholm head unit on my kit with Whipple's own W140AX 2.3L head unit. I needed an intake from a different kit, a discharge adapter from yet another kit, a bypass valve and a drive with pulley. Michael helped me get all those parts to build my project. Patience like that comes from experience and a genuine passion for what you do. I look forward to placing the order for the W200R I need for the next project...

I have seen people trying to run these and have done nothing but trash engines. I also know 2 guys who are running Kenne Belle setups and never had a problem.. I sense a pattern
