wanting to install 3.4 on 5.4l in 04 lightning. not sure on fuel mods. do i need fuel rails and fore hat. i am sure i need twin 255 pumps but will my factory hat and rails work. also not sure if i need 60 or 80lb injectors. any info is appreciated, thanks.

Really depends on how much boost you're going to run. But assuming you want to actually utilize that big blower, yeah, you'll need to do a complete fuel system, either this one: Lethal Performance 99-04 Lightning Triple Pump Fuel System [LP-9904LIGHTNINGTRIPLE] : Lethal Performance, Performance parts for Ford Mustangs or the dual unit depending on boost/hp levels

If you're going to put a 3.4L on you're obviously looking to make power. With that said you'll have to come up with a hp level you're looking to reach in order to properly choose the supporting mods you'll need. (MAF, Fuel System, Injectors).

That's going to be the difference on whether you need a dual or triple pump system and what injectors you'll end up needing.
