Default 427 build

Building a 427SBC. Built several ntirous deals but I'm tired of filling the bottle. I have no expreience with blower set-ups. I want to make 900-1000hp (On Race gas) and be able to cruise it to/from track. Here's what I've got so far:
Dart Block 4x4.125"
Lunati ProSeries Crank w/BBC snout.
Howards Billet rods w/ARP2000 capscrew
Ross Pistons -22cc, HT coating.
AFR 210 Eliminators or Dart Pro1's CNC'd. ~9:1CR
EFI w/Whipple 3.3 lt
Questions:
1. Is this a realistic goal?
2. Cam specs? I'll run a roller but duration/LSA)lift?
3. How much boast? Is this the right size blower?
4. Will I need a innercooler? How about using methanol injection?

This is going into a 55 S/S BelAir now running a 421BSC NOS motor. Runs 9.90-10.00's.
Any info/suggestions would be helpful.
