Default Old School Mustang Whipple Options?

Hey all!
I am Sam, i am working in Iraq as of right now as a contract firefighter on military bases. Back home in MS i have a 66 Mustang i am gonna completely rebuild soon. This brings me to my question, I am going to install a 351W engine stroked out to 427 CI. Two things i want to do on the Intake side of things is this, I want port fuel injection and a supercharger. Now i know there are ways to achieve this but i prefer the look of the whipple on the new mustangs and how low it sits to the motor, so are there any kits or intakes that go specifically with this type of blower that allow MPFI without having to cut a whole in my hood to fit it? i have thought up and designed this particular set up in my head but with out measurement i cant really do it justice to know if it will work, i have found some measurements on the whipple website. So is it possible to basically do a mini intake that bolts to the whipple and works similar to the new ones with the throttle body to the rear side? and what about drive shafts? is there a model suitable for this engine that willnot be hittin my distributor? i know its a lot of questions but i am new to supercharging and am tryin to find what will and wont work...
