Default engine boggin under boost.

Hi,
I'm new here, I been searching all over for an answer or for even a place to get my truck worked on. I have become desperate after searching many websites on any kind of information on my Whipple supercharger that came installed on my 2001 GMC sierra 5.3l v8 when I bought it used about 8 months ago. The problem that I am having and I found this out today when I hooked up an engine diagnostics to it,
1. P0300 "Random misfire detected"
2. P0174 "System too lean (bank 2)"
I am starting to believe that my secondary injectors or maybe the computer controller module thingy that comes with the Whipple is malfunctioning. Any one here had experiences with this problem or even any solutions / hints / guesses / I'll take anything here. Thanks in advance, and sorry for the long read.
-Robbie

Misfires could be the result of running lean, the codes would seem to support that.
Do a test: unplug the two auxiliary injector wiring connectors and see if there's a difference. If it's the same start investigating the auxiliary controller and wiring. If it changes there must be something else.

If it's pinging let out IMMEDIATELY. Gen-III/IV engines have narrow ring lands are are easily damaged by pinging.

This sounds very similar to my problem. Same code "random misfire". Very frustrating. I posted about this today. Read my post "help" by 99 Burb.

Default Still no answers...

So I've gone through the wiring and its good. How do you check the controller?? Only thing the instructions tell you is your WIML lamp comes on, shuts off for a second then comes back on. And it's supposed to be good if it's operating correctly. Any other ideas?

Did you try comparing how it runs with the injectors plugged in versus unplugged? Is there a substantial difference?
