Default Tip's on touching up my Black 2.3 case?

I have a few chips of paint on the case and pleum that i'd like to touch up.

What do they suggest using?

It "more or less" looks like that pickup truck bed flooring stuff but does anyone have any ideas?

I wonder it they're powder coated. It's a fairly durable finish normally. Did salt cause it?
