Talking LQ9 Rebuild Advice

Well I did it! I purchased an LQ9 that came out of a 2003 Cadillac Escalade. It had 122,000 miles on it. I spent the weekend tearing it down. I just about have it ready to send to the machine shop to be cleaned up and gone through. I am starting to look around at parts to go in it. Before I get carried away buying a bunch of crap I though I would ask any of you if you had any advice on the replacement parts I need to use and how I need to bring this thing back to life. Keep in mind that I would like to go back with a LS1 non-emissions package you offer.
