You're right, that's about a second off what it should be. (My truck with just the Whipple kit used to run high 14's, but it's 2WD and a little lighter.)
Is the air filter pulling air through the factory box or do you have an open element in the engine bay?
Because the Intake Air Temperature Sensor gets relocated to the intake elbow, it sees the full discharge air temperature from the supercharger, the PCM will then pull timing based on that temperature. The cooler the air you can get into the supercharger, the better. It's not just more dense, the PCM will pull less timing if the discharge air coming from the compressor is cooler.
Pull a plug and take a look to see if they got hot.
