Yeah the OEM one is the one getting rubbed but i think there is too much movement in this one too, Gonna pull it off and show some more parts stores, might even try tractor dealers if i have too. (:

So got the compressor tensioner replaced but same problem, was going to try the dayco OEM tensioner but it then contacted another pulley, so i went an put a smaller pulley atop that tensioner and was trying to get a shorter belt, however i am limited for some reason, a 109.5" would be perfect but could only get a 108.75, strange, and of course it pulls the tensioner HARD! I had to lighly remove some aluminum off it so the belt could run past it safely (I figure it will stretch and be fine soon, doesn`t touch now so can only get better). So then I tried it again, the freakin compressor belt was jumping the crank pulley, arghh. took the belts off, pulled the crank pulleys off, fabbd a 1/8th spacer, got some longer bolts and re-installed, threw everything back together, removed the shim i had behind one of the other pulleys, and removed the spacer behind the compressor tensioner, and finally........................................... .......GOOOD!

But holly crap, i`ve got enough belts and pulley parts to start a small business, but to top it all off today it was a beutifull morning, but by the time i was finished a BLIZZARD moved in and hasn`t stopped. Ah fun... I was really hoping....(-:
