Hey Mike, i purchased a 1996 Chevrolet Suburban with a 7.4 litre and it came with the Whipple supercharger allready on it. On the upper half of the plenum, underneath where the supercharger bolts on is a vacuum port. While during a disassembly to reseal the intake, i found this port was not capped or a vacuum line attached to it. The port is about the size of your finger.Do i cap the port or does a line need to be used on it? And where would that line go to? If you or anybody reading this can help, THANKS!!!!!!

Hi, Mike, I purchased a supercharger kit from Dragonrace engineering that has a Whipple supercharger. They recommend that the oil be changed every 15,000 miles. On the Whipple website, it says that oil changes are at 100,000 miles. What is correct?

Hello. I have been working with Dennis McInerney,Whipple Superchargers. I have sent him some photos of our Whipple Supercharger. This was 2 days ago. I am assuming Dennis is on holidays? Our coach is a 1995 36foot Air Stream, Thor Industries. We recently bought the unit. Engine is 454 Chevy Big Block. I believe it came as a package deal from the manufacturer. The problem is a low oil level in the supercharger, which leaks away again well within 100 miles. Is this a serious problem? What should I do? We plan to do a cross country trip, 12,000 miles, in 11 days...can you advise me? I can also send you the pictures of the supercharger, if you wish. Thanks. Greg.
