i've got a 96 sub that i am having issues with! it has a 7.4 in it with the whipple set up.it also has msd ignition upgrade. whats happening is sometimes it fires at the hit of the key and others you have to crank until the cows come home.it has what i believe to be a fuel pressure regulator on the fuel return line that is seeping. whats wrong?

Thanks, glad it worked out for you. I wish I could help Whipple with their stuff, I have a lot of admiration for their company and what they've been through.
My next project is feeding a 540CID forged big block with an intercooled W210. This will be going into the same Tahoe. I hope to be able to share what I learn from doing this one on the forum. It has to be completely custom from scratch - no kits for this.

you should be a tech rep for whipple the insulation worked great if your ever on Kauai look me up
