Hi guys,

I'm new to this website and would like to know if you can help me. I just bought a whipple supercharger out of a guy that had it on a 03 silverado ss 6.0. I have an 02 silverado 1500 5.3. Will I need to buy other parts to make it work or is it bolt on the same? Thanks.

if you hadnt already figured it out everything should be the same except that where the throttle body bolts up will be different and his was electronic throttle body and your is cable throttle body, so the unit you bought will have a elbow on it and face the throttle body towards the front of the truck im not sure if you can make it work but i do have the right supercharger for your truck if you would want to trade or something mine is a 99-02 unit that is on my truck right now being a 3/4 ton i can run the older supercharger but need the newer one just because clearence is tight
