Default Can I make it work?

I found a complete used kit that is for a 2003-2005 4.8/5.3/6.0. I have a 2002 5.3. Can I make this work? If so what will need to be changed? Thanks. By the way, new to the site. Whats up whipple people

I don`t know exactly how much would be different, your 02 might not have an electric throttle body, so you may need to make a cable.... and the tuning may certainly be different, this can be gotten around with a custom tune.

Talked to Jeff at Whipple. It will bolt up as it is no different as far as mounting goes. Would need a different pulley(it came from a 6.0) and a custom tune, that I can get locally. Also would need to reroute upper radiator hose with a billet adapter. However Whipple no longer has these so

i think you can get custom hose from summit racing that you can route any way you need.
