well, thing to do is varify your pulley alignments, make sure the tensioner is still doing its job to par. take your belt off and inspect all pulleys and see if there is any abnoral wear and or bearing drag. maybe time to throw a new belt and tensioner on. i always have a spare tensioner and belt around, just in case.
