Not sure what exhaust you have but if it's a loud setup it's going to definitely make it harder for you to hear the blower from inside the car. You should have someone else drive your car with you in another car next to it. You'll probably notice the whine a lot more since you're hearing the car from outside.

I believe that's at 14-15psi. Not 100% sure though.
