Default 10mm bolt in the middle of pulley won't come out

hello

i have an older whipple supercharger for a 5.7 ltr vortec engine it mounts vertically on the drivers side my problem is that i sent it away to PSE superchargers to be rebuilt and when they sent it back they had put a new 10mm bolt in the center of the pulley that came with a hole in it for what they said was for gassing purposes of course when i put oil in the supercharger it started leaking from that hole and on to the belt. Ed at PSE said that they had put the wrong bolt in it, and it needed to be a solid bolt "no hole" my problem is that now there sending me the correct bolt but i can't get the old one out of the unit we were able to turn it about 3 times but it is not backing out. we even went as far as to put an old pulley on and hold it firmly with a pipe wrench but still it's not backing out can anyone give me any ideas?

please dis regard i put this in the wrong section. i reposted it into whipple tech section.
