I don't think its how much power the blower takes, more like how much will your motor hold, or did you mean how much can the blower make?

You can make 500 or you can make 650, alot of it is your setup. To gain the most out of it you "will" need the following:
Throttle Body & inner fender intake
heat exchanger or killer chiller
head cooling mod
A fuel system fore hat, gt40 pumps, lines, rails, injectors, zone 5 fpdm etc..
Auxiliary idlers & pulleys
A clutch & trans that can hold it, ie. input shaft & upgraded clutch
If you have an IRS, build it up, axles, diff cover, bushings, depends on driving style, hard launches, you will need to build it, normal street driving with no hard launches & snatching gears, it will survive with a few upgrades.
Ported heads & cams, long tubes, not worth the cost for what you gain, very expensive
Most of it is fuel supply & good tuning. The drivetrain depending on what you do with it.

Most of my guys spend about 10-15K building up a basic 575-650rwhp the rest they spend on stuff like rotors, wheels, shifters, springs, etc
